A return to centre, to your vital knowing: where the posture is no longer the goal but the inner flowering of the intelligent & natural rhythms of body for your inner radiance.
A light & warm hearted space to devote a deepening enquiry in your practice to what might lay underneath.
Beginning with the breath, attending to our meeting with the ground , heart and connection. Deepening into posture from an awakening of the spine for the coalescing of the posture to unfold. Enquiring into ‘Continuum ‘ practice to support this delicious enquiry of deepening into connection & posture over the day .
All bodies welcome ,for those with or without previous experience of yoga.
