the yoga

a deepening into body and posture over the day. beginning by landing in our relationship to ground , to free the breath and awaken the spine and so posture revealing itself to you . you will be encouraged to find strength and ease of movement through a deep listening to body. a way of approaching yoga without straining the body but allowing body and so an unfolding of posture from your own inner flowering . a practice for all bodies and all levels

the meditation

walking and lying down to meditate. slowing down and unwinding through mindfulness , what might then reveal itself as the wider stream of life allows us to rest into aliveness of simply being here – arriving in to meditation . for all levels

such a different approach . putting no strain on the body and allowing the process to come from within . the being slow allows you to find your centre and where it comes from . its gorgeous . the way you explain it. you are able to find it for your self, with your guidance. you’re not relying on just copying someone else — Aishling , student on retreat

before starting yoga with Julie I used to spend each class trying to stretch more, get into the pose more, push myself and be the best in the class. I was always eager to ‘do more’. It wasn’t until meeting Julie that I realised that thats not what yoga is all about. Julie’s classes have really transformed how I see yoga and have taught me how to connect deeply with my body. After years of practising yoga I believe I am only now learning how to do poses correctly. Doing yoga with Julie has been one of the best investments in my mental and physical health . I honestly cannot recommend her classes enough! ” — Caitriona , student Barcelona
