A few highlights…
One highly recommended tour is of the Castell d’Encús winery: not just any winery, but one that is exceptional combination of the old and the new. For example, some of its wine is still aged in the rock caves originally created for the same purpose by the Knights Templar.
In Senterada: La Fàbrica, a former textile mill offering guided tours and weaving and felt-making courses.
The Congost de Mont-Rebei: a spectacular gorge providing great hiking and kayaking opportunities.
The Aigüestortes i Estany de Sant Maurici National Park. Set high in the Pyrenees and ideal for both day trips and multi-day hikes. Perhaps a great way to spend a few days before or after your workshop.

‘such a different approach . putting no strain on the body and allowing the process to come from within . the being slow allows you to find your centre and where it comes from . its gorgeous . the way you explain it. you are able to find it for your self, with your guidance. you’re not relying on just copying someone else’
— Aishling , student on retreat
‘such I’m definitely putting one in my diary for next year . You’re retreat was so special and for me the ultimate self care experience so its my priority for next year. I really do look forward to seeing you again ‘
