Our body is fluid , and the fluid intelligence of our body allows communication and flow within.
Where well trodden paths of habit limit our perception, in Continuum returning to our fluid intelligence frees up potential and energy held in our bodies for our ‘flow’ . As we transition into a New Year , how are we in making transitions? What patterns could be dissolved to open up to reclaim new beginnings.
In this session you will learn simple but powerful practices to take away with you.
